Studio Motherhood Session Booking Retainer - Friday May 16 ,2025

This $100 booking retainer is for a Studio Motherhood mini session on
Friday May 16 ,2025. All ages welcome!
Pricing - $310
Location - Chasing Kay Photography Studio
Booking retainer will be deducted and remaining balance of $210 + tax will be due the day of the session.
Each session includes
- 4 people included
- 20 minutes
- 10 digital high resolution images (more available for purchase)
-Photography Print Release Form
Additional children will have a $25 fee with a max of 6 per mini session.
Time frame - Final galleries will be delivered to your email for images to be downloaded in 5-7 days from the day you make your photo selections.
**TERMS & AGREEMENT**
BOOKING RETAINERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING CANCELATION, RESCHEDULES, AND/OR NO SHOWS. BOOKING RETAINERS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE AS MINIS ARE HELD AS AN EVENT DATE AND ARE TO RESERVE A CERTAIN TIME AND DATE WITH PHOTOGRAPHER ONLY. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELATION, OR HAVING TO CHANGE TIME, AND/OR NO SHOWS, BOOKING RETAINER WILL APPLY AGAIN TO RESERVE NEW TIMING IF AVAILABLE AND OLD RETAINER WILL BE LOST AND WILL NOT BE CREDITED TOWARDS NEW SESSION.
INDEMNIFICATION - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ILLNESS OR INJURIES THAT MAY HAPPEN IN OR OUTSIDE THE STUDIO. BY BOOKING A SESSION, YOU UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Reminders for your mini session will be sent out to your email the day before the photoshoot. This will include tips, time reserved, and directions to the location. Please make sure to check your spam folders as well!
